I had a lovely stay for three nights, enjoying how close I was to attractions like Museo San Roque and the beautiful Cathedral of San Gervasio, both just a few minutes away, and the friendly staff were helpful, offering great local recommendations .

Clean place and stunning location, enjoyed honest staff. We got exceptionally clean and airy double room with a minifridge as an upgrade, nice gesture. The hotel restaurant was great!

The breakfast choices were delicious with fresh fruits, fresh juice and scrambled eggs. The staff was brilliantly helpful and very amiable, everything was really good. The bus stop was 10 minutes' walk away.

We faced issues with loud music from nearby celebrations that kept us up at night. The air conditioning was not effective. The lack of a coffee maker in the room was disappointing.

Very comfortable overall experience. Stylish property with very welcoming staff and INCREDIBLE location to wherever you want to be for lunch or dinner or sights. Location just off Mexico, the centre at Valladolid, and the main Square and many restaurants.

The rooms are nicely decorated and functional, have hypo-allergenic pillows. The rate is $ 1943, satisfied. Many thanks to wonderfully helpful staff for providing us with a just perfect stay...

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the cenote and main square. The room was well-decorated with a comfy bed, and the pool was refreshing. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. Highly recommend it 🌟

The warmth of the staff. Joel at the front desk was particularly attentive, assisting with local transportation and recommendations.

While I enjoyed my time, street noise was a nuisance at night, disrupting my sleep and detracting from the tranquil feel I anticipated.

Just stayed two nights at Casa San Roque Valladolid-perfect spot! Relaxing pool area, super clean rooms, and the breakfast crew was genuinely friendly. Only downside, little noise from celebrations nearby, but nothing major.

The rooms were spacious, and the kids loved playing by the pool. We enjoyed the convenient location, just a stroll away from Plaza Principal, cafes, and vibrant street life. The staff was cute.

In my wife's opinion, more breakfast options would be great.

A Peaceful Retreat Close to Downtown

The small pool provided a refreshing break after exploring the nearby attractions. Happily preparing a cozy blanket for us upon request. Don't miss the delicious Mexican omelette at breakfast!

The beds were comfortable, and it seemed like a cozy getaway after exploring the city. There were some issues with the towels-some had noticeable stains, disappointing. But overall, the atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for unwinding.
